{week 10}

So March really does come in like a lion . . .

It was the perfect amount of snow to make everything look like wintertime again!  But then it melted and it felt like spring.

And speaking of lions and lambs . . .

Here are some more photos of our new baby goats.

It has been such a busy week and I feel like I have been covered in goat hair, goat saliva and goat milk all week--but it has been so much fun having baby goats to take care of again!

Photography {02.06.12}

Breanna and I went out to a nearby field to try capture the beauty of Mount Baker.  These are a few of my favorite shots.

I was playing with the settings on the camera and I was so happy when I found out that I could take black and white photos!

We live in such a beautiful area!

 Mom, dad and I spent last Thursday visiting La connor, Christianson nursery and Anacortes.  First we stopped in Burlington to get lunch at Taco Del mar, then we went to Christianson nursery and picnicked in one of their beautiful gardens.

Here are some of my favorite photos from the day!

Then we took a ferry from Anacortes to Guemes island.  We biked around the island and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

"Give to the Lord the glory he deserves!

      Bring your offering and come into his presence.
   Worship the Lord in all his holy splendor.

Let all the earth tremble before him.
      The world stands firm and cannot be shaken.

 Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice!
      Tell all the nations, “The Lord reigns!”

 Let the sea and everything in it shout his praise!

      Let the fields and their crops burst out with joy!

 Let the trees of the forest rustle with praise,

      for the Lord is coming to judge the earth.

 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good!

      His faithful love endures forever."
